Laura Linney

Laura Linney was born in New York in New York on 5 February 1964. Linney is an American actress who is known for her ability to portray powerful characters that are vulnerable. Linney was raised in the theatre of her family, with her father Romulus Linney writing plays. She earned a degree in Arts Theatre School, Moscow in 1986. Later she completed a M.F.A. at Juilliard School. New York City 1990. She began to perform on Broadway as soon as she arrived, and was later awarded praise for her performances as a part of Six Degrees of Separation (Six Degrees of Separation) as well as Hedda Galer.
